President
Steve is a Canadian and started his press apprenticeship at the age of 15, in 1965. During the past 36 years he has worked in various roles from pressman to director of operations for several companies. He realized a need to educate and upgrade the skill level of the staff in pressrooms as there was a lack of formal training and most pressmen where self taught, and to that end he started designing and implementing programs and is still doing so today. Steve also states " Every time I work in a plant I learn something new, learning is never ending".

Michele Belanger (email)
Vice President
Michele is a bi-lingual Canadian and started in the trade in 1980. Her expertiese encompasses pre-press, press, heat set and cold set, double width and single width web presses. She utilizes her experience to design production training programs and trouble shoot printing problems. Michele has installed press lines and co-ordinated production installations in Spain, Argentina, Africa, Korea and North and Central America. Michele states " Teaching has it's own rewards, like when I see a new smile on someones face because they have learnt something to make their job easier".

Lorraine Bell (email)
Office Manager
Lorraine has managed CWC's operations since 1990 and has extensive experience , in co-ordinating staff, shipping , and responding to your needs. She knows more about what's going on in the day to day operations than anyone who works for CWC. Her 30 years management experience, adds to the professionalism of the company. Most important attribute is Lorraine's disposition with the client and her ability to follow up immediately.

 

Wayne Bell
Field Technician
Wayne joined the company in 1999, utilizing his electrical skills and doubling as a mechanic when required on projects in Canada and the USA. He's a hard worker and learns fast. He is an asset to CWC. Prior to signing on Wayne had spent 20 years as a Senior Supervisor with Ontario Hydro.
