Training project for pre-press and press involving two plants one of which had a heat set Goss C150 press line and the other a Harris V25 cold set press line. There were over 50 employees participating in this training project.

This was an in house program that was implemented and carried out over a one year period. Production Management staff were trained and we trained Trainers. Certain employees that possessed abilities to carry on the training to make this in house training program an educational tool for future employees.
